Destructive testing

We determine for you mechanical-technological characteristic values or material analyses for the base metals and welded joints according to the standard processes. Furthermore,  there is special technical equipment at the individual SLVs for the most different special examinations. Hence, the large scale test field at the SLV Halle enables the investigation of the behaviour  of complex large components under dynamic loads, too. The offer is completed by hot tensile tests, determinations of the Young´s-modulus, notched bar impact tests on tiny specimens, bead bend tests or mobile hardness tests.
