In order to make you feel safe when visiting our websites, we strictly observe the legal provisions when processing your personal data and would like to inform you about our purpose of data collection, data processing and data usage.

1.Anonymous data collection

You can visit our site without giving any personal information. We store only so-called "server log files", access data without personal reference such as the name of your internet service provider, your IP address, the internet browser used, the page from which you are visiting us, the date and time of your access or the name of the requested file. It is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the "server log files" is in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. In the case of collecting the data to provide the website, this would occur when the respective session is completed.

2.Collection and processing of personal data

If you wish to use a service of our company through our website, it can not be ruled out that processing of personal data will be required. If there is no legal basis for the processing of personal data, we will obtain the consent of the person concerned.
This will be visible in appropriate places. This may be required if you register on our website, request our newsletter or contact us via our contact form. The legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain your consent for processing purposes, is in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a) of the GDPR. In the case of the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract or to initiate a contract (e.g. for the delivery of goods or the provision of such services, or for inquiries regarding our products and services), the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. b) of the GDPR.

If it is necessary to transfer your data to external testing facilities or cooperating facilities, you must give your consent when entering the data.

Please note that generally no confidential information should be sent via the contact form.

The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is in Article 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR. If the e-mail contact aims to conclude a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is in Art. 6 (1) lit. b of the GDPR.

This is in the event that a third party abuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge, as a safeguard on our part. Further data will not be collected on our part. The data collected in this way will be used exclusively to obtain our newsletter.

In addition, cookies enable us to measure the frequency of page views and general navigation. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. We point out that some of these cookies are transferred from our server to your computer system, which are mostly so-called "session cookies". "Session cookies" are characterized by the fact that they are automatically deleted from your hard disk after the end of the browser session. Other cookies remain on your computer system and allow us to recognize your computer system on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies). 5. Use of plugins

• Facebook-plugin

We have integrated so-called plug-ins from the social network (hereinafter "Facebook") into our website. Facebook is an organization of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, United States.

Every time you visit a website on our website that has such a plug-in, the plug-in will cause the browser you are using to load and display the optical representation of the plug-in from the Facebook server. In the process, the Facebook server is informed which particular website of our Internet presence you are currently visiting.

If you are a member of Facebook and logged in to Facebook while visiting our website, Facebook recognizes through the information sent by the plug-in which particular page of our website you are currently visiting and assigns it to your personal user account on Facebook. If you now click on one of the plug-ins, for example by clicking on the "Like" button or by submitting a comment, this will be sent to your personal user account on Facebook and stored there. In addition, the information that you have visited our website is transmitted to Facebook, regardless of whether you use one of the plug-ins or not.

To prevent the transmission and storage of data about you and your surfing behavior by Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our website. Facebook's data protection notices provide you with more information about Facebook's collection and use of data, your rights to it, and privacy preferences.

Facebook's data protection notices provide more detailed information, in particular on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard as well as the setting options for protecting your privacy: .

If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website through Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before you visit our site. The data protection information provided by Facebook provides more detailed information, in particular on the collection and use of data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard as well as the setting options for protecting your privacy: .

In addition, external tools are available on the market that can block Facebook social plug-ins with add-ons for all major browsers

For an overview of the Facebook plug-ins, see

6.Integration of services and content of third parties

It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within our pages. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party provider") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content.
